Join your neighbors for an all-levels welcome, informal vinyasa yoga class at Beechway Park from 9:30am-10:30am this Summer.

 

Start your weekend off with some movement and breathwork to calm the mind, body and spirit. Class will be taught by Nikki Williams, a fellow neighbor and part-time WanderYoga.org yoga teacher.
